Description

Friday | April 21 | 1:00 - 2:00pm

We have been conditioned, taught and live by being the problem solver, but what do we do when too much problem solving has resulted in burnout?  This webinar is dedicated to all of front line workers that have been committed to their professions and have gone above and beyond in taking care of their patients, residents, clients or consumers of mental health services during the last three years.  We will take a look at the three stages of stress, the warning signs of burnout and learn some steps to help you put out that fire!
